Hotel was excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was very clean and well furnished. Bathroom was nice. Beds were very comfy. Fitness center was nice and hot tub was great. Good location in downtown and $10 parking fee per night was very reasonable in secure garage below hotel. Would definitely stay here again. more

We stayed here for 6 nights back in Sept. 2006. It was my husband and my first trip to Vancouver. We weren't as excited about the location but the friendly staff made up for it. We bugged them daily on restaurants, tours, etc. Always willing to chat and help in any way. more

I have never been more unhappy with my experience at a hotel! Someone was banging very hard and very loud at our door, my husband tried to speak to the man through the door and tell him he had the wrong room. I cant agree with all those reviews that rave about the location. It is ok if you are football or hockey fan, very close to both, but it is quite a walk to the main resturant and shopping area.
