An amazing honeymoonSuperb hotel, great staff, so friendly and helpful (especially Ivanca and Albert) best hotel in Vancouver. Great rooms quiet, very close to Granville island too. We extended our stay it was so good. more
Made reservation on their website for 2 rooms but on arival they could only fine one despite me having 2 reservation reference numbers! A bit of I.T. work required! Rooms are small but clean. There was a problem with the air ventalation on our floor which circulated tobacco smoke into non smoking rooms and the corridor. more
Very helpful front desk when we discovered that we were not booked in, and our TA had only recommended this hotel, not booked it. Also very helpful in storing our luggage after our cruise, before check-in, and the next day after our check-out, before our late night flight out of Vancouver. We found the room to be very small, and... more
I spent 4 nights as this hotel (June 10-14) and found it to be sufficient for my purpose and fair value for what I paid ($112/night from Hotwire). ROOM: The room was really small but clean. The bed is the most comfortable I have slept on and I would stay at this hotel again just for that alone. Although very... more
Hotel is well located and easy to walk to bus or harbor ferry. One problem I had was the room was small although well equipped and I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. This was very disappointing as I found it almost overpowering every time I re-entered the room. There also seemed to be some confusion... more
I found this hotel convenient and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but well equipped. However I was disappointed with the restaurant. The hotel touts itself as a fine dining experience but I ate 2 meals there and found them less than satisfactory. However there are plenty of other eating places locally. It is... more
Stay was good overall. The location is good for getting to the waterfront and Granville Island, about 3 blocks. The hotel was nice, bed very comfortable, flat panel TV, etc. Make sure to try and get a room that does not face the interstate ramps. I could hear interstate traffic and was also right by the elevator, so more noise.... more
We just spent 2 nights here last week and I must say that I was disappointed. They did "upgrade" us to a supposed "jacuzzi room" which ended up being a corner room that was VERY small (I could hardly cross paths with my husband in it!). The "jacuzzi" was a large tub with 14 (yes, I counted) little metal nubs... more
Got this hotel on hotwire.com. For the price (~90/night American) was not a bad experience. The hotel was slightly outside of downtown but I did not mind it at all as it was close to the ferries for granville island. The room was slightly small but clean; the bed was comfortable as well. more
It's not a westin, but for the price it is a good value. Albert, the concierage was the best i have ever encountered. He provided accurate insights to local restaurants that turned to be quite fabulous. He even drove us to one. During my stay, i stayed in two rooms. The showers are not pressure controlled, so you can get... more
