I didn’t actually stay at the hotel, I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute. What I loved was the fact that they didn’t make me feel bad about having to do so and didn’t charge me any cancellation fees. more

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and found the staff extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very close to the waterfront and in a convenient position for those arriving by ferry and for accessing the town. Unfortunately our room did not overlook the harbour but it was large with a small kitchen. There was a charge if... more

The Best Western Inner Harbour is below my expectations, given it's location and the positive reviews on TA. I realize that to families and sightseers, my main complaint is probably not a big deal, but as I write this I am using the Days Inn (next doors) internet connection. Why you ask? Because the Best Western internet is just NOT... more

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. We certainly value such comments, as this lets us know where we have room to improve. We recently embarked on an upgrade to our complimentary hard-wired high speed system to improve the service and are still completing this change over. We do offer complimentary wireless service in our lobby, and the...

This is a nice hotel in a quiet area, but close to the main attractions of downtown Victoria. Our room overlooked the Inner Harbour about half a block away. It was a nice-sized room, comfortable and clean, with a separate small kitchen that included a small stove, full-sized fridge and microwave (dishes, etc. were available for an additional cost). A... more

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. We have been working on a breakfast room expansion in order to better accommodate our guests and make sure the complimentary breakfast experience is an excellent one. This expansion is to be done in 2008. On behalf of the team at the Best Western Inner Harbour, thanks...

Located just 1.5 blocks from the center of Victoria, including Parliament, Empress Hotel, and the terrific Royal BC Museum. This was a very good and well-priced hotel, very clean with a large room and large bathroom. There was also a kitchenette which I was not expecting! The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning in the room. We... more

Enjoyed my stay here. Attractive rooms, good facilities. Pleasant views but don't be fooled by publicity pictures - only some of the rooms have harbour views. Good little kitchen area arranged off to the corner of the room with a table & 2 chairs. Exercise room an absolute disaster! Three machines squeezed into a tiny space, 2 broken and only... more

Wonderful place to stay. Our room overlooked the harbor and even had a little kitchen in it. We opened the ktitchen window for the night (no AC - don't need it there), closed the balcony doors, turned on the fan and slept well. They even had recycling bucket in the bathroom!! Why can't the States do that?!! The breakfast was... more

If you want a good, clean, well positioned hotel at a fair price then you'd be hard pressed to find better. Polite and helpful staff, good clean rooms an a mere 2min stroll to the Inner Harbour. I'd happily use it again. more

The location is great. Very close to the harbour and many attractions. I was a little disappointed that my room with a kitchette charged extra to use the pots, pans, and plates for the room. (5 or 10 / day!) We also had trouble with the tub and they moved us after 3 hours of fighting with it. However, we... more

Loved this hotel. We vist from Australia frequently and have stayed in many hotels in Victoria over the past 12 years. This has got to be one of the most pleasant hotels in town. The position is excellent, walking distance to the Inner Harbour, downtown area and excellent restaurants nearby. Great view from our 7th floor room of the Harbour. The view... more
