Booked this hotel using Air Miles for a 2 night stay. We were given a Diamond room on the 6th floor which had everything we needed for our short stay. Best thing is the location only a few minutes stroll from the lovely waterfront and conveient for Victoria's many shops and restaurants. Would recommend. more

We stayed at this hotel for the first night of our week on Vancouver Island. I wish we had planned a longer stay. It is very nice when you go to another country and they speak to you in your native tongue (spanish in our case). It made all of us feel comfortable.
