An amazing honeymoonWe stayed here for one night and were very pleased with the hotel overall, the hotel was located in the heart of the village with everthing close by. more
We stayed here during the July 4 weekend - came up via the Whistler Mountaineer (a fantastic train ride). We had a 1 bedroom with kitchen, balcony, fireplace. The staff was great; it is very walkable to all the Whistler resort area features (restaurants, stores, skiing, gondolas). One of us tried the spa, which was very nice. We did have... more
We stayed in this hotel as part of a driving tour around Canada. We found the hotel to have excellent facilities, the rooms were very clean and spacious and had separate living and sleeping areas. The rooms had a fully equiped kitchen including a washer and dryer. The Hotel is centrally located on main street which is were all the... more
We traveled on a 1-day stopover to the Delta and Whistler and wish we had made it a longer trip. This is a great space for a family (we had a 1.5 year old) because it has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as enough space for a child to run and explore. (This may be more true for... more
We stayed here for three nights. Everything was fine, nothing to be excitet about it but good and solid :) The room was big enough, the kitchenette was working (nothing to prepare christmas dinner in for 4 people but good enough for snacks an breakfast). Breakfast was fine, fresh fruits, good juice, nice staff... I liked the pool and the... more
My wife and I stayed at this allocated hotel for two nights (late June 08) as part of Jonview's fly drive package tour of Canada. We had never been to Whistler or stayed in a Delta hotel before and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel is basically set in two blocks with the reception, pool and one restaurant... more
*Just a quick review* Flight- Booked from Calgary to Vancouver through West Jet. Still my favourite plane to travel with. Booked the vacation through the hotels website, had no issues. I would recommend this as we obtained a good deal, complete with transportation to/from the airport to the hotel. Arrival- No issues with the airport, though the transportation is not... more
The location is perfect - right in the village, but not on the walkway therefore not having to deal with noise during the nights when people return from clubs, etc (have done that before and didn't get much sleep). We were a travel party of four with two separate hotel rooms booked, we received complimentary upgrades to one-bedroom suites on... more
We were in suite 1411. Excellent quality bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom areas provided. All the facilities in each of the areas were high quality and in first class state of repair. There was a huge (well by UK standards!) washing machine and dryer provided in one cupboard, iron and ironing board, dish washer! Very good set of pans, cooking utensils,... more
My wife, 5 year old and I booked for a ski vacation just after January 2008. Because of the age of our small child we paid up for a kitchenette. The nightly rate was over $350, not cheap. We phoned in advance and asked if the kitchen was fully stocked. I specifically asked "do I need to bring cutlery". "No",... more
