We only stayed for a couple of days but had a great time. Staff was helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable . Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and the meal(snack) provided at the social hour was typical Residence Inn fare but was good too. Would definitely stay here again. more

Residence Inn London is an ok hotel. Although all Marriott's have turned non-smoking, you can still smell a hint of old smoke in the rooms. Staff was friendly overall. Food wasn't bad. Typical Residence Inn breakfasts. Next time in London I will check out the Hilton which some of my co-workers were saying was much nicer. more
