We booked there one night during August, the room was okay, toilet was cleaned. The bad thing occurred at night caused by that terrible karaoke shack just right next to our room. This motel turned us off to staying in clifton hill area ever again... we stayed here Saturday night Nov. 12th by chance because we couldn't find anywhere else that had reasonable price... we thought the $129/night was quite reasonable because it was right on clifton hill... If you want a great location and don't care about sleeping-this is the place for you! There is a bar in the parking lot with speakers that BLAST music, that can be heard for blocks, until 2am!
