Location is second to none, you are about a minutes walk from the falls so this is a great place to stay. I took a group to the motel for vacation. The website stated 1 free room for every 10 booked but hotel refused to honor said it was a mistake. The room was nice, and rates great! Very close to the falls. Good location. Bathroom needs to be updated! The grout was dirty, shower and toilet crammed in little room. Worst was SUPER thin walls.
