From the previous negative reviews posted in 2005, all I can say is that my experience in 2006 was excellent. Maybe they have changed, because the staff was helpful and very friendly. The services were either lacking or non existant. The staff did not seem to care that nothing worked, or that booked events were placed in substandard meeting rooms and the meal service was barely adequate. more
