The Embassy West was nothing special; it was just a place to sleep, so I didn't spend that much time there. The quality of the room was somewhat disappointing though - the bedsheets were stained; there were black mould spots in the shower; the washroom wasn't that clean and was tiny. The hotel receptions has a very bad customer service. It's not what you expect when you pay for a 3 star hotel. No "Hi", no information provide for the guest once checked in. Nice location and look good inside but the room is quite old. more

It has to be one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at including hostels in europe and 29 buck motel 6's. The showers were rusty , the soap made me smell even worse. It would take 2 flushes to flush a tiny piece of toilet paper. If you were staying in this hotel i would strongly recomend to sleep... more

Stayed here over the Canada Day Weekend.
