I must say that I was very disappointed with this hotel. It certainly does not meet the quality standards that one would expect from a Sheraton property. I stayed one night at the Sheraton. I had not heard much about the hotel so I was a little hesitant, The location is excellent . Right downtown and a 10 minute walk to the market area . Very friendly and accomodating staff. Great bar. Good sized room . I did not here another person all night. more

Good Central Location in Ottawa. When booking in with my kids the bell boy offered crayons and a colouring book for them. Upgraded me to a SPG floor. Valet parking was good as I called for my car several times and it was brought around in less then 10min. My kids and I had the pool and sauna to ourselves.... more

Even though the majority of the hotel staff was on strike, our stay was very nice. We stayed at the Sheraton for a few nights in August. The hotel has a great location. The service was friendly inside the hotel. The room was large, but a little dark. We had taken our car in and out of Valet service each day for 3 days, and didn't have any problems with our car until our last day.... more
