Rooms were not clean nor ready even though it was quite late on in the evening. I'm not sure it should be classed as a B&B for tourists when the majority of the guests were in fact long term residents. It is more like a hostel. It was the sight of the knife by the cash desk that made me... more

Location is excellent - near main trans-Canada highway (Queensway - 417) and bus station, about a block from the main street of centretown Ottawa (Bank St) and within a mile or so (1.6km) of Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal and other downtown attractions.
