Howard Johnson Windsor is a little below average compared to its compitition. The breakfast is bland and stale. The rooms are average. The staff is friendly. Turning the lobby lights off in the lobby during the day seems a little imbarrasing to me but... There's no extra's in the way of a pool or anything. Its very average. more
