This hotel is a good value for the area. We used this as an overnight stop on route to western Canada. The rooms were clean and the front desk service was good. If you were planning to visit Old Quebec City and do not have use of a car, the hotel is not well located. more

Room is ok, location is easy to find, but the service is not that good. If you ask for somethig you have to go get it yourself, the cote and price really paid was different for no reason, so overall it's ok but don't expect an unforgetable experience, you better go stay in the old Quebec... more

We needed an intermediate place between our two main destinations and we ended up here due to their location. The room was so small, we had to be careful walking around. It was cold and we asked for an extra blanket, which they didn't have??? The restaurant was very good, but pricey for a Best Western. more

Be very very careful!! First and foremost, our booking despite being assured that taxes were included in the price when i booked the reservation, when it came down to paying after our last night, they charged us extra for the room. I was highly dissapointed!! Second, upon arrival the receptionist insisted we take all 4 rooms. We made a reservation... more

We stayed here May 28 to June 1. Firstly the shuttle to Vieux Quebec only starts in June. But it was easy to drive there and park. Parking for us was $14 a day at the cruise terminal. Room was spacious, we faced back parking lot. King size bed, big enough bathroom. Tub is not very deep, so don't recommend... more

We stayed here over the May long weekend by using our air miles. The location is easy to access everything by car, not much to walk too. Check-in was a breeze and our room was clean. It's a Best Western, so I wasn't expecting Fancy!, but it was a room, beds were comfortable and with how much time you actually... more

This was a solid experience. First off the front desk were great. First impressions: Crashed the car on the way up to Quebec. Had to stay in a motel in the middle of nowhere so missed the first night stay in Quebec. When we got there, the front desk guys were great. They didn't charge us for the first night... more

Hi everyone, first off I was using my airline points so I did not pay for the room. Secondly, I travel a fair bit with my job. Also I can speak french well enough to get by. Anyways we stayed for three nights. We had a room with a balcony facing Michangelos right across the street. We slept fantastic on... more

Bought off expedia with a sale price but I would never consider paying full price for it again. The 2 double beds we got were in a a very tight room, my mattress was NOT up to par. Seemed really dusty since I was all stuffed up but it could have come from the city itself. The staff were ok... more

No issues with the property. As some people have mentioned the beds are of "better than average" quality. Room was clean and bright and the hotel was quiet. Every staff member I spoke with had impeccable English. The onsite dining is a Wine Spectator rated gourmet restaurant. Linen tablecloths, real flowers on the tables, etc. My prime rib was one... more
