Bought off expedia with a sale price but I would never consider paying full price for it again. The 2 double beds we got were in a a very tight room, my mattress was NOT up to par. Seemed really dusty since I was all stuffed up but it could have come from the city itself. The staff were ok... more

No issues with the property. As some people have mentioned the beds are of "better than average" quality. Room was clean and bright and the hotel was quiet. Every staff member I spoke with had impeccable English. The onsite dining is a Wine Spectator rated gourmet restaurant. Linen tablecloths, real flowers on the tables, etc. My prime rib was one... more

Very nice Hotel, rooms are smallish, but very comfortable, well appointed and clean. Be aware that if you get a room upstairs, you will have to negotiate a steep set of stairs as there is no lift. In addition, although they have a restautant as part of the Hotel, they dont do room service on the weekends and the restaurant... more

We stayed there for two nights and it was a good experience. The room was small but clean and comfortable, queen size bed with down comforter! The good thing is that there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to old town for free while parking is relatively expensive. However, we missed the bus back to hotel the first night... more

Easy to access. Clean, spacious rooms with very friendly staff. Comfortable bedding and chair. User-friendly high-speed internet. Ate in the restroom that is on site...excellent food...great service. This motel has a little age, but has been kept up well. more

The hotel is clean and the desk staff is very friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the duvets are a nice touch. The free shuttle came frequently during our stay, but it takes about 45min to get downtown. Sometimes it is standing room only on the bus as well. Next time, it would be easier (and quicker) to stay... more

Check -in was fast and easy. They speak English. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The beds are extremely comfortable! They use good quality mattresses. There is a heated outdoor pool, which is small, but good enough to take a dip. The restaurant is just as expensive as eating downtown in the fancy restaurants... more

My husband and I stayed here in late July, after having a delightful stay at the Marriott Springhill Suites in Montreal. Although we enjoyed the city of Quebec more than Montreal, this accomodation was a step down for us. It was clean and quite adequate, but the small size of the room, the tiny bathroom, and the distance from the... more

A very good Hotel. The rooms are large and the beds are really comfy. The hotel is a good 10 minute drive from old Quebec. The restaurant is top notch but on the expensive side. If you are driving the directions on the web site are good. We stayed at the hotel in late May and had chosen this hotel... more

If you don't mind being a few miles away from the Old City, then I would recommend this lovely hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed this hotel very much. Clean and comfortable succinctly captures the hotel's standards. I've stayed at several other Best Westerns before in the USA, so trust me when I say that this hotel... more
