The decor is black and dreary, reminiscent of a crypt for post-modern vampires. The walls in the hallways are literally a dark grey color. There is no pool or business center yet. The location is very inconvenient for Quebec City. It is not anywhere near the best tourist attractions. Go somewhere else, closer to downtown. more
