My husband and I stayed at the Manoir Mon Calme during the Quebec jazz festival. The location of the inn was superb for access to the festivities. We arrived in Quebec city in the evening with no hotel reservations. Even on Hotwire, the cheapest 4* room was $109US before significant taxes and fees, which would also require paying for parking.
