If you are looking for a comfortable resort at beautiful Lake Tahoe, this isn't it. This is the kind of place that caters to families and long-term guests (has a bit of a hostel feel to it - cartons of beer on balconies, etc), with kitchenettes in the rooms and weekly housekeeping. This property has no A/C! It is located adjacent to a busy street, a restaurant marina that empties out trash all hours of the night and next to a gas station.
