There are few things to take into consideration when reviewing this place. Lake Tahoe is VERY expensive and coming from Colorado where the cabins are both plentiful and cheap the Cabins might have seemed over rated. For the price, this was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was ghetto, at best. Inner city feel with the apartments next door. You were not sure if you were safe. Had to park the cars outside the gate. MAJOR electrical issues.
