Great place-upscale, great lobby, snappy service (especially concierge/bell desk). Rooms are comfortable and well laid out for the business traveler. I stay here whenever I'm in Toronto and would recommend this for anyone, including families. The restaurant, however, while attractive, offered slow and inattentive service the several times I've been there. more

Stayed several nights. Front desk staff helpful. Lobby clean and spacious with Starbucks and nice sitting area and TV's. Rooms were standard but with new TV. This hotel is not near downtown. Unless someone is driving you around, you'll want a car if you stay here. It's about $50 cab fare from YYZ. I don't think it was a major savings from the walk-in rate ($160 CDN ?) but we probably saved a few bucks booking it this way.
