This was my second time at the hotel. Last visit was during 2005. They recently renovated one wing and luckily we were given the newer rooms. We were originally booked for a suite with king size bed. Not really a suite but a larger deluxe room. Overall the room was satisfactory. It had microwave and small bar fridge. The hotel... more

I agreed with the review on June 19, 2008 by Shan129- "what a disaster"! I am a Starwood Preferred Guest and I trully believe this Sheraton is not qualified as a Starwood hotel chain. From the not very frindly front desk check-in service to the concierge desk got me his friend's private car when I ordered a regular taxi. Also,... more

Great place-upscale, great lobby, snappy service (especially concierge/bell desk). Rooms are comfortable and well laid out for the business traveler. I stay here whenever I'm in Toronto and would recommend this for anyone, including families. The restaurant, however, while attractive, offered slow and inattentive service the several times I've been there. more

We visited this facility. We found our room to be very comfortable and reasonably clean (a dirty sock was on the side of the bed under the ruffle). We were however disappointed in the fact that your facilities were nothing like the ones shown on the website. We did not find the 3 pools boasted in the description. There was... more

Stayed several nights. Front desk staff helpful. Lobby clean and spacious with Starbucks and nice sitting area and TV's. Rooms were standard but with new TV. No wireless internet in rooms, and you must pay extra for in room internet. However, the many computers in the lobby are free, and you can use the printer there as well. Restaurant staff... more

This hotel is not near downtown. Unless someone is driving you around, you'll want a car if you stay here. It's about $50 cab fare from YYZ. This hotel is recently renovated, and it's "fine" although, as usual, renovations in the bathroom are not as complete as you would like. The restaurant is not very good at all. I'd eat... more

We booked this hotel room on Hotwire - one night, three adults for $131.47 USF. I don't think it was a major savings from the walk-in rate ($160 CDN ?) but we probably saved a few bucks booking it this way. The hotel is located on the north side of Highway 7 in Richmond Hill and is easy to approach... more

Our hotel has a total of 3 pools. 2 indoor and 1 outdoor pool. The 2 additional pools are located in our 25,000 sq. ft. Athletic Club, which is complimentary for all guests. While you may need to walk through the hallways to get to the additional pools, it is certainly worth the walk. In the Athletic Club are 2...

We stayed at this hotel so that we could best use the Canada Wonderland theme park for our two young sons. The website says "close to the theme park...10 minutes". The staff themselves acknowledge it is 20 minutes in great traffic...and I cancelled a night in the Four Seasons for this dump. They hung up on me twice when I... more

The Sheraton Parkway Hotel is in fact the closes full-service hotel to Canada's Wonderland. We are also the closest 4-diamond hotel to Canada's Wonderland. We are 10 minutes away from Canada's Wonderland using Highway 407. Using city streets it will take between 15 & 20 minutes, as with any city, depending on traffic. We have just completed a $10 million...

1. Called to book the room but received bad attitude 2. On the arrival, gave us the key to a "occupied" room. "What a shock" 3. Price does not match the service, room..Over all, i believed. 4. Met other customer complaint about other room noise, "twice" but still not solve the problem. However; 5. Complaint through starwood web site and... more

The Sheraton Parkway Hotel prides itself on its superior level of customer service. At times mistakes can be made, however we are constantly training our associates in order to deliver the best possible guest experience. We also have 2 onsite Security Officers who patrol floors to ensure the safetly and superior quality of stay our guests have come accustomed to.

I stayed here for three nights to attend a business meeting nearby. I was a little wary based on some of the reviews I read, but I am pleased that most of the negative comments I saw were unfounded. I arrived early in the morning after a red-eye from LAX. They immediately checked me into a room on the seventh... more
