This is a gem of a hotel located in Carbis Bay. The rooms were of a high standard and the staff was excellent. My wife and I were travelling with a 5-month old and the staff could not have been more helpful. Attention to detail was superb and the rooms were excellently maintained. Crack staff and management. Went to the hotel for a valentine meal while staying in St Ives, what a fantastic hotel. The wife didn’t stop nagging me all the way home for not staying there. Service was very good and I thought the food was excellent, manageress and staff kept everyone very happy. My only moan is the car park no lighting and needs... more

I phoned after looking at their web site and it was so easy to book when talking to the manager, she even gave me advise on best time to travel down and courteously gave me choice of rooms. Thank you very much to Debbie and all the staff. I will be back. more

Went to the hotel with my husband in July and had the best time. The hotel looked slightly aged from the outside but once inside it was beautiful. The restaurant food was absolutely fantastic and the rooms were beautiful (sea-view). Morning breakfast was wonderful and the service received was good.
