Great location. Just 10 minutes to The Lanes and Pier. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had the only two basement suites for a family of five. Seems odd, but we enjoyed that because we could open both doors and have the basement to ourselves. Rooms were clean. Easily would stay there again. more

We chose this hotel as a base for our annual office outing from Cork in Ireland. Everything was perfect from check in, helpful friendly staff and cool rooms with balcony overlooking the green and sea. Will be back next year more

15 minutes walking from the train station and 2 min to the sea, this friendly, little hotel makes a weekend in Brighton one of the loveliest getaway experiences inside the UK.
