Had a one night stopover with my partner and 1 year old daughter on the way back from Cornwall. Check in was efficient to the point of being curt - especially when I requested a cot blanket. We have stayed with Premier Travel Inn before and not had a problem. You know what you are going to get and its normally clean and tidy, spacious room etc. Not so much this time sadly. We stayed here to break our journey from York to Penzance, we picked it for location and TGI Fridays, (which at the time we got 10% discount with room key), as the other member mentioned the trains can disturb you, but the hotel was clean the staff friendly and ample parking, I am staying there again in a few weeks... more

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the town centre, with a large car park and a rather good TGI Fridays next door.
