Having stayed here several times with my young family,the last in early 2007, we could not fault it, it was superb. Great staff, and VERY family friendly. We stayed at the hotel the first week in January . After reading the reviews on tripadviser we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. We stayed in the Chiltern room which was a standard double.
