We found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfasts were quite excellent. The pub served tasty ales and ciders. Whatever we needed the staff obtained for us. We certainly feel that we can highly recomend this excellent hotel. more

Delightful location on the edge of central Oxford in Iffley Village, near the Iffley lock on the river. Excellent lunch and dinner in the pub. Room is worn around the edges but clean and serviceable. more

Dinner: My girlfriend and I often compromise on dinners: she loves Thai; I prefer European (and occassionally Indian). The Tree Hotel therefore provided a stunning mix: three menus in one of Thai, European and Indian.
