Stayed there for 2 days during our 3 weeks trip around Britain. Bath is a city not to miss. So many things to do and see. Bit nervous going to this hotel because of the mixed review but decided to go ahead and use my Hilton points to pay for it. We don't regret it. Booked a regular room but... more

Of course it's supposedly a Hilton with a decent standard but don't let that fool you; It's actually an average travelodge, but with a decomposing decor, no soda or ice machine (I had an executive room) and the queue for (a rather average) breakfast that seems to take forever. Props to the cleaners for respecting my 'do not disturb' sign... more

We only booked late so there was not much availability for the dates we wanted , we were trying to avoid the Hilton after reading all the terrible reviews on Trip Advisor. As we couldn't get anything else for a reasonable price we decided in the end to book the Hilton 2 night package which in cluded 2 breakfasts and... more

Hilton Hotel in Bath was great!! I was concerned with some of the past reviews but we very pleased. We just returned from 3 nights in Bath and the hotel was really nice and in a perfect location. They are going through some renovations but they were contained to one floor. No shuttle service from train station as stated but... more

Having stayed at the Bath Hilton a year ago and enjoyed our stay, we returned for a 4 night stay. While we were there in July 2007, the hotel was undergoing refurbishment to the tune of 2.8 million pounds. Having said that, I can only ask where the 2.8 million pounds went, as there was no sign of any improvements.... more

The location of this hotel cannot be faulted. It is very central to the Baths, the Guidhall, shops and bars. The station is approximately 5 minutes walk. However the service of the staff at the hotel is definitely below par. I am still baffled by the 4* claim. The rooms were clean but small. The shower hadlittle pressure and the... more

Well its The Hilton... like it or not, the name comes with some expectations. Arrived a rather drab building, reception was luke warm, minimal conversation, no words wasted! The bedroom was very drab, old fashioned and unimpressive... it looked more like your granny's bedroom, Positives are that it is in a marvellous central location and easy to get around.... a... more

Stayed here one night with a Globus Tour. Booked as a Single, I got 2 twins. This is good because it's more room than I expected. The room was newly updated and came with all the amenities (flat screen TV, coffee service, pants press, iron, hair dryer, shampoo + shower gels). Very clean, no problems. Free apples in the lobby.... more

We booked at the 'business' rate, which from the description would be a 'modern room with power shower and plasma tv'. The room was dated and worn, the LCD screen was poor quality, and the bathroom while actually fairly modern looking by no means had a power shower. Also the size of the room was a bit of a shock.... more

The Hotel is in the center of Bath which is very good, but the parking arrangements (in the "Podium" under the Hotel ) at £19 a night is rather expensive. Our family room was spacious and clean and tidy, with a lovely view over the river. The self service breakfast was fine but the evening meal we had was at... more
