This B&B is situated in a handy location for anyone visiting Warwick. The rooms were a reasonable size, clean and well appointed. The owner Ata was very helpful and obliging and breakfast was excellent! Very good value for the price and I would stay there again anytime. more

this is a basic but very nice guest house the owner ata is very helpful and pleasant, he gave us some great advice on eating out. the food is above the norm and there is plenty of it . the only small point is a slightly lumpy bed but not a problem and very clean...having read a bad review i... more

Overall, the stay was good. Room was clean, but on the smaller side. About a 15 minute walk to downtown Warwick. The Owner was friendly to us. Breakfast was typical English Breakfast, but above average. For the price of the room, it was a good value. more

A terrible place. Forced to make our own beds using dirty, bug infested bed linen found in a damp cupboard. Bathroom was foul: soiled towels, disgusting smell; an altogether sickening room. We would not recommend this place to anyone, it was appalling. more

A very nice B&B very handy for Warwick centre. The rooms are very clean, cosy and fairly good sizes. Great & well cooked breakfast with plenty of extras if required and the host Ata is always willing to help and advise - regards almost everything! He also always remembers his guests and many seem to return. Great place on the... more

Although I only gave this property a three rating, it should probably be a three and a half. It wasn't above average, but definitely worth staying there. The host was very helpful, and I think the previous review might be because he is a little abrupt. I talked to him on the phone and wasn't quite sure what to expect,... more

There are several reasons why I would not recommend the Park House as a place to stay. Musty towels and a moody host are only two of the reasons. In England with the damp weather at the very least the towels in the guest rooms should have the ability to be able to dry out if they aren't replaced each... more

This is definitely the best place I have stayed in Warwick. Good clean rooms, good showers in the rooms, free wifi internet access and a fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend a cooked breakfast. The Manager (Ata) is a very friendly chap who went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable. From what he tells me he... more

This was our second B&B on our trip through the UK. The manager, Ata, is a gregarious fellow, who is very enthusiastic about British history and the area. Good breakfasts. The room wasn't luxurious, but clean. Personally, we weren't overexcited by Warwick Castle (it was a bit like "medieval Disney"). The town was nice to walk around though. more

We found the Park House in Warwick, England, to have clean, comfortable and reasonably priced accommodations and an engaging host who personally led us to the best Indian restaurant in the area. The owner, Ata, is an obvious history buff and loves sharing stories relating to Great Britain, his native Cypress, and just about everywhere else. One of the most... more
