Having eaten at the restaurant many times, I've never had the pleasure of staying until now. Went to Simpsons for a birthday celebration and for a special event it is perfect. We were looked after superbly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. All of the staff were fantastic with even one of the chefs that I bumped into taking the time to show me where the loo's were. Lovely listed building... more

We came to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday and had a wonderful experience. We arrived late afternoon on a hot and muggy day and were greeted by an extremely professional Front of House Manager. She showed us to our room and said that if we would like tea or coffee she could bring some to us or have it ready... more
