Stayed here whilst on a training course also located at the hotel. Entrance very welcoming-burning log fire which let the gorgeous woody smoke fill the entrance hall and reception area. This really is a great hotel, but is certainly on the expensive side. It's across the road from my office and stayed here recently after our mid-year conference. The conference rooms are very well appointed and the refreshments during the day really were top. I had a standard room, which was much larger than average and had a huge bathroom.... more

We had a one night stay in this hotel out of convenience really, as we were attending a function there on that evening. The staff at the hotel are the biggest credit and perhaps what make it feel like a 4* hotel. I stayed there on a saturday evening with my other half with a gift voucher for dinner, bed and breakfast for a suite. which was gorgeous, very nice indeed, bathroom could be bigger but that's the only problem. Stayed at Thorpe Park for one night on business and was very pleasantly suprised. The location is not great, driving distance from Leeds city centre and on a business park but the hotel itself is very comfortable and the standards of service excellent. The head conceirge, I think his name was Mr Brooke, was very helpful indeed and most charming.... more

We have stayed at Thorpe Park on numerous occasions and have always found the staff to be first-class. I have stayed in many 5 star Hotels around the country and the service has been nowhere near as good as this. The food is fantastic, the pool area devine and the rooms are contemporary, clean and very, very comfortable. Well done... more
