My husband and I stayed at The Hilton Belfast to celebrate my birthday last weekend and we had the most fabulous time! We have eaten in the Sonma Restaurant on numerous occasions and list it as one of our most favourite places in Belfast to dine....the food is wonderful and the staff are professional, friendly, courteous and cheerful. Check In... more

The Hilton is perfect location if attending an event in the Odyssey being a 10 minute walk at most. We were delighted with the hotel overall - the room was large, bright and clean with comfy bed and nice flat screen tv. The reception staff (especially Karen) were great. We ate in the bar before the concert and they had... more

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a night alone in the 5* Hilton - we would have been better booking into the Days Inn! We were given a room with a view of the back of the Waterfront Hall, no view of river as requested. The bath had no hand rail for assisting disabled in getting out.... more

Istayed at the Hilton Belfast regularly back between 1999-2003 when it was "New" I booked a return trip this year having more frequently used the Holiday Inn, or Radisson as a Belfast base. I was happy to find the hotel is currently being upgraded, and we where very impressed with the "New Look" lobby and also our Refurbished Executive Room.... more

This hotel is in what I would imagine is an up and coming area of Belfast. It's a fair walk to any restaurant or pub. There are few options in Belfast but if you are looking for lodging near nightlife this is not the place. more

The room was clean and the front desk and housekeeping staff friendly and professional. Small glitches: windows were filthy, TV reception poor and air conditioning had to be reset. Concierge was very helpful and steered us in the right direction and booked an impromptu tour for us as well as recommended a reasonable place to eat. Restaurant was poor at... more

Check in was very pleasant, but when I got to the room after long journey a valve in the bath and shower meant that only scalding hot water came out, after calling and getting maintenance i didnt have time for bath so had quick shower. Bar staff and club room staff were very nice. Breakfast was shabby and staff not... more

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and had gone out of their way to help however/whenever they could. The only real down fall is the hotel does not have a swimming pool on-site, which was a bit of a disappointment especially since the website I used to book on line said it did have one. Apparently they used to have... more

I couldn't believe that this was a Hilton! The room was tiiiiiiny, dark and dirty. The tub and tile were disgusting and stained. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were unbelievably scant. The decor reminded me of a shabby motel on the side of a remote highway. I am usually OK with substandard hotels if you... more

I am a Hilton Honours and frequent Hilton Hotel worldwide. I have stayed at the Belfast Hilton several times prior. I booked this particular reservation at least 4 months ago and requested a rollaway bed whilst I stayed in a King studio room. First problem I had, no rollaway and told no chance of getting one. The executive lounge was... more
