We had a four-day holiday-stay in Belfast and chose the hotel primarily because of its price - and were pleased with the whole xperience (except, maybe, the journey to the hotel - not exactly a pretty route!). Turn right-then-right out of the hotel and it is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the city centre; right-then-left and you have a... more

I travelled to Belfast last year with my wife and two other couples for a wedding. We chose the Holiday Inn Express almost entriely because of the price. We've stayed in Holiday Inn's before and always found that they've been good. This was no exception, and supplied everything we needed i.e. a cheap comfortable bed for the night, and tasty... more

I stayed at the hotel while on Business in Belfast and it was perfect for what I needed it for. Just somewhere to base myself. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the standard of food at breakfast was very good. There is a lovely bar/restaurant out the back which served good foor. The nightclub wasn't open because it... more

I booked two rooms for three nights at this hotel, but then read some reviews and decided that we'd only stay for one night, which turned out to be the right decision. We had two interconnecting rooms and it was possible to hear what was going on in the other room even when both doors were shut. The rooms themselves... more

Hotel seemed ok on first arrival. Car park very tight to negotiate and obviously several cars have been damaged in the past trying to exit the car park. Hotel Clean and tidy. Breakfast good selection. Would not recomment this hotel if you need to sleep! Nightclub right behind hotel, very very noisy as people arrived and left the club down... more

Very pleasant hotel with a good breakfast and clean rooms. The free car park is useful - if you are here as a tourist, some sights are a couple of miles out of the centre so you may want to hire a car. (Driving on and off the car park takes some skill though!). No problems with noise as reported... more

Stayed here for one night. All other hotels were booked out all over Belfast. The hotel in general is a bit tired looking and cpuld do with amake over. Room was average. Again a bit old fashioned but for one night it was suitable. i was just there on business for one night. From talking to other people i thought... more

Reception was bright, airy and clean. The girl who checked us in was very friendly. Car Parking was free. It is around the back of the hotel and very... more

I stayed here for a week on business. It's convenient for Queens University because it's about a 10 minute walk away. I suggest walking through the Botanic Gardens though rather than along the main street. Once you get past the "Golden Mile" the houses are burnt out with broken windows etc, so not very pleasant, especially not in comparison to... more
