My wife and I stayed 3 nights in June. Best B&B experience in our 15 day Ireland trip.Paul and Stephen are wonderful hosts , very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, beds were so good I wish I could have taken them home. Safe street parking. Easy walk to town. Beautiful airy open place. A great find. more

We only stayed one night in this new B&B, but wish it could have been longer. Our room was a very good size, with a really comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower spotlessly clean. Had a very happy and plesant stay. Loved the artwork throughout the property and modern interior design. We were lucky enough to have "the room with the view" loved it, small rooms but would definatly stay again on next visit. Perfect location for exploring Derry city. 5 minute walk from the walled city of which you have a spectalular view from the deck behind the house. Great siteseeing of Northern Ireland's rugged coastline is a comfortable days drive out and back. My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in March and found Serendipity House a friendly and welcoming Guest House sitiuated within sight of the walls of Derry City. A taxi was even arranged for us to get from the airport to Serendipity House for our arrival and likewise for our departure. Our room was warm clean and comfy... more

We stayed at Serendipity House in early January. The breakfast was great. The location was close to town, an easy walk. Very friendly and accommodating, would recommend to everyone. Family friendly also. more

Stayed for three nights in February....purpose of visit sightseeing historical sites. Paul and Stephen made me feel at home from the time I arrived. The room was spotless and comfortable.The breakfast was hearty. Five minutes walk into town. Irish hospitality at it's best more
