This appeared to be a newer hotel, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was very helpful at all times. The access through the close was great to get to the Royal Mile. I would definitely stay here on my next Edinburgh visit. more

Stayed here one Saturday night. Paid 149.00 room only and 10.00 each for breakfast! Room a little on the tired side, smelly shower curtain, no frills soap dispenser and thin cheap towels. We often stay up in town in hotels which are similarly priced and include the little things that "make your stay" . There were none of these here... more

Great location, nice and clean. A bit noisy as it is close to the railway station. Will stay here again next time we come over from Norway. more
