The staff at the hotel we're very helpful and pleasant. The Hotel was clean and although the room wasn't massive it was ok, as we were there to see Edinburgh not the four walls of our hotel room! Would recommend as a base to see Edinburgh, as it's just a ten minute walk to Princes Street! more
