We had a lovely time at Cambo. My wife and I stayed in the yellow room which is a vast room with a magnificent four poster bed. The interior of the house is very authentic victorian. Lovely Grounds and surroundings, shabby gentility, basic room facilities and low key hospitality and reception. We had an extremely enjoyable time staying in Mid Cottage on Cambo Estate. We loved the freedom of self catering and stayed 11 days in May 2007. Incredible place to stay if you want to experience a manor home of a Duke or Earl.
