My mum and I booked in here for a week when I was having my flat, which is just round the corner, renovated. Let me tell you now, that this is excellent quality for a budget Glasgow hotel. The staff were very helpful and, typically for Glasgow, friendly and talkative, and catered to our every whim. I was leaving very... more

I stayed at the albion hotel while going to see a gig with my mates at the SECC (a £5 taxi away), it was perfect for the occasion, we paid £60 for the room, which was massive, clean, comfortable and has everything we needed. My two children and I really enjoyed our stay in the Albion Hotel. The close proximity of the Kelvinbridge Underground meant that it was very easy to move around the city as well as being able to return to a nice quiet location with views over Kelvin bridge( no-through road for cars helps to reduce noise also). Hotel in West... more

We ended up at the Albion by pure fluke as the hotel we booked had double booked us. We were not disappaionted with the Albion which made all the inconvience worth it. A great hotel with a great location. Staff were only happy to help, arranging us a nice restaurant for our anniversary. Rooms were large and very clean. A... more

Checked in for a two night stay on 27th May. Room No 8 is one of the (two) attic rooms. It was nicely enough appointed but too small for two tallish people especially as one had to carefull not rise out of the twin bed under the eave side as you might get a nasty bump. The ceiling window allowed... more

On arrival we wre given room 12 room (first floor). Would definately advise asking for this room as its very spacious and has a double and single bed. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of it. Great location right next to the underground station and only a short walk to city centre. more

Arrived at the hotel but had to check in and dash out - the rooms were alright, the beds very small however and wooly blankets instead of duvets. Attic room with a skyline window which almost mained my companion when she tried to close the blind, so ended up sleeping with the blind open! Shower room really small and problems... more

My friend and I stayed there 4 days in May, 2004. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator.Room small but nice, clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits left each day. Fridge in room, couldn't figure out how to work it, I asked it be turned on, but it wasn't. Breakfast delish, server lady was very pleasant, she remembered I had... more
