We were pleased to discover how centrally this hotel was located, allowing us to walk to many of the Dublin area museums, churches, parks, and the Temple Bar area. The room was European-style (compact and efficient) and a king-size bed was a bonus we didn't expect. There were two downsides: the bathroom lacked a shelf or table for toiletries (minor... more

I had already booked at a B&B in Dublin when I chanced upon this hotel, and decided to change our booking. I am so glad I did. You really can't get more centrally-located than this hotel - it is directly opposite Christchurch Cathedral and only minutes away from Temple Bar. I had booked 2 twin rooms for us and we... more

This hotel is great for location with short walks to Temple Bar,Dublin Castle, and the National Museums. It is not a modern hotel. We stayed two nights in April away from the street noise and experienced no problems. We did not sleep when we returned two weeks later. The street noise from the pub was loud, the Christ Church bells... more

This hotel is fantastic value for money. We had a large triple room with 3 comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms where clean and quiet, which sometimes can be a problem in Dublin. Location is fantastic in Temple Bar. Couldn't fault the hotel and would definitely return. I was suprised by the 2 star rating... more

Just returned from four nights at the Harding. Was delighted with the location. Found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. I booked a double - ended with a triple. Nice large room, basic functional furniture. Enjoyed the in room refrigerator and pants press. Hair dryer is located in the desk - only downside is... more

I was very happy with my stay at the Harding. I was in Dublin for two nights and was looking for a discount hotel, as I was traveling alone. I arrived at the Harding a bit early, but there was a locked luggage storage room, and my room was ready about noon. The facilities of the hotel are very comfortable.... more

The hotel was more like a 3* accomadation. Fantastic facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Location excellent for Temple Bar( drinks expensive!), 5-10 mins walk to local town centre/tourist information centre(cheap deals for tours). Plenty of historical place to visit and shops for the ladies! Recommend local open-air tour bus, good value. Downside hotel pub, live Irish bands were a bit anti-British... more

We stayed in the Harding Hotel in January for a long weekend. Location: The hotel is in a good location, very close to the centre and also close to Temple Bar. Although the hotel is on a main road we didn't have any problem with noise and the church bells weren't an issue for us either. We stayed in a... more
