Dublin was our last 2 nights on our 7 night Ireland vacation. We drove from Kilkenny and dropped off our rental car in downtown Dublin then took a taxi to the Harding Hotel. We booked the Harding Hotel via Orbitz and did not encounter any problems at all during our stay. We specifically asked for a room near the upper... more

I stayed at the Harding with a tour group as well as on my own prior to the tour. The single room (on my own) was small but serviceable. The double room (tour) was more spacious and on an upper floor. Some wear and tear in rooms but not horrible. Only a duvet/comforter and no sheets - very European but... more

I was very surprised that the hotel is only a two star establishment. It deserves to be a 3 star. The rooms are massive by Irish standards and the location is great. The rooms are functional and clean. I will book again. Excellent value for money more

We were pleased to discover how centrally this hotel was located, allowing us to walk to many of the Dublin area museums, churches, parks, and the Temple Bar area. The room was European-style (compact and efficient) and a king-size bed was a bonus we didn't expect. There were two downsides: the bathroom lacked a shelf or table for toiletries (minor... more

I had already booked at a B&B in Dublin when I chanced upon this hotel, and decided to change our booking. I am so glad I did. You really can't get more centrally-located than this hotel - it is directly opposite Christchurch Cathedral and only minutes away from Temple Bar. I had booked 2 twin rooms for us and we... more

This hotel is great for location with short walks to Temple Bar,Dublin Castle, and the National Museums. It is not a modern hotel. We stayed two nights in April away from the street noise and experienced no problems. We did not sleep when we returned two weeks later. The street noise from the pub was loud, the Christ Church bells... more

This hotel is fantastic value for money. We had a large triple room with 3 comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms where clean and quiet, which sometimes can be a problem in Dublin. Location is fantastic in Temple Bar. Couldn't fault the hotel and would definitely return. I was suprised by the 2 star rating... more

Just returned from four nights at the Harding. Was delighted with the location. Found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. I booked a double - ended with a triple. Nice large room, basic functional furniture. Enjoyed the in room refrigerator and pants press. Hair dryer is located in the desk - only downside is... more

I was very happy with my stay at the Harding. I was in Dublin for two nights and was looking for a discount hotel, as I was traveling alone. I arrived at the Harding a bit early, but there was a locked luggage storage room, and my room was ready about noon. The facilities of the hotel are very comfortable.... more
