If all you want is a great location, then stay at this hotel when visiting Dublin. But, if sleep is important to you, look elsewhere. The bar next door's DJ was cranking out the tunes until 1:00 a.m. On one night, the racket was so bad, guests were standing out in the halls, asking each other what our options were.... more

This hotel was in a great location but the hotel room itself was in poor condition. The carpet and chairs were worn and stained, the hairdryer looked like it was from the 19th century, and the shower was moldy. The only good thing was the large king size bed. We also made a special request to be put in the... more

Stayed for 2 nights over St Pats weekend. Was able to check in at 10am, and on leaving they keep bags til you need them. Breakfast brill. Room clean and spacious, had biggest bed in the world !!! Night club noise was hardly noticable (we were in room 207) Ideal location for temple bar, O'connell st/Grafton St shops. 10 min... more

I picked this hotel because of the location. The reviews indicated that it was a bit noisy so I requested a quiet room. Very late the first night someone on my floor (5th) repeatedly slammed their door. Second night (a Friday) the nightclub/bar was packed, you couldn't even enter the hotel from all of the drunk smokers hanging out in... more

Excellent location for lots of shopping,st stephens shopping center and grafton street only a short walk away, temple bar is about a 10-15 min walk away. The hotel is very clean and the food was nice, i would highly advise that when you book you ask for a room on the 5th floor as the hotel is very noisey on... more

We stayed in the Grafton for a weekend break, we made the booking through the hotels own website and got a favourable rate. On arrival to the hotel we found the receptionist to be very helpful and friendly had a good knowledge about the area when we asked about restaurants etc and made a reservation for us. The rooms were... more

Stayed here before and we'll stay here again next time we're in Dublin. Good 3* hotel in a great location, handy for St Stephen's Green and Grafton street, about a ten minute walk to Temple Bar. Decent size rooms, you might want to be aware that the hotel has a Break For the Border bar and nightclub on its first... more

Loved this hotel, nice older style building, great location, the local area has great restaurants and bars, much cooler than temple bar, walked everywhere from hotel, even to the Guinness storehouse. Great breakfast room, has club downstairs and the noise didn’t bother us but we like to party. Our room was a little worn but huge, ironing area and hairdryer... more

I booked this hotel to celebrate my mum's 70 the birthday. I had read many bad reports and was very concerned about the things people were negative about. I had booked this hotel for its location and as my parents love shopping it was ideal. IBeing worried I emailed Jenny in reservations and she was amazing. My parents were at... more
