How lovely to find a hotel with such friendly and helpful staff. We booked on the internet and found the rates good value for money. Staff went out of there way to look after us and the rooms were better than we expected. Lovely breakfast and had a lovely meal in the bar in the evening. Couldn't fault the place. more

I think in future I will be wary of any hotel that describes itself as 'homely' or similar, because if Woodfield House is anything to go by, homely is a euphemism for dirty and shabby.
