Stayed for a night during our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, cheap and in the middle of town. We didn't eat in but the lady on reception recommended a very good steakhouse about 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is centrally situated and has great views if you are lucky enough to get a river view room - walking up the steps to the top floor is worth it. The hotel and room was basic but clean enough, bar service in the pub was good but the hotel is let down by the lack of free parking and the noise that goes on all through the night both outside and inside the hotel. Not particularly good value and definately not for the nervous. more
