Never again! We've been with children at the "roses trianon". The rooms were dirty, small, with no real toilet door.The bedsheets and blankets weren't clean. These unhygienical conditions made us to want to leave after one night. Big surprise: the owner and his partner didn't allow us to leave...They said to us that it is an obligation in their hotel... more

Hello, After reading other reviews I decided this place in Biarritz was going to be ok. Well it wasn't. It was a horrible little hovel. Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here. The owner even ripped us off (which we will never be able to reclaim). We booked through Veneer and then he emailed saying it would... more

This hotel was absolutely brilliant and exactly what we were looking for. My friend and I (Both 19) went there for a bit of culture, sun and nightlife and this place was in a brilliant location- right by the beach!
