The room we had was upstairs with no lift or airconditioning, the lack of air conditioning meant having to leave the window open on a hot summer night which allowed in some noise from the railway. If you want to stay close to Beaune (5 min walk) and not pay too much, this average hotel will do. The room furnishings were adequate. Breakfast was so-so (we think the coffee was microwaved).
