The Ibis in Reims centre met our expectations. It is like other Ibis hotels, so once you've been in one, you know what to expect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and basic and location pretty good. It is an okay stay for a couple of nights when exploring the Champagne region. more

On our way down to the south of France we stopped over in Reims for the night. Having found it difficult to find a decent hotel in Reims on the internet, we plumped for something basic but well located. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised. Used this hotel for a second time to break up a trip from the alps. Easy to find next to the main railway station and good cheap parking next to the hotel. Straight forward access back to the motorway. Usual Ibis standard with a pleasant bar in the reception area. Plenty of good bars/restaurants within 5 min walk. more

I've stayed at other Ibis hotels, and I find this chain generally a decent (although not great) value. I cannot recommend this particular hotel, however. You know what to expect from an Ibis if you've stayed in one before, and this one is no different. Simple, basic rooms - small in size - with a phone, TV, little bathroom with shower.
