A Relais and Chateau property. I stayed there when Gerard Boyer was still the chef and it was rated the number one restaurant in the world. Staying here was a fantastic experience. The building is lovely and staff charming. There was one lapse in housekeeping, which is unexpected at this level, but a polite apology was made.
