My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we thought it was a really good hotel and great value for money and we had a really good stay. Reflecting on our short break in Paris while sitting in the airport waiting for our flight to come home we both agreed that it had been a really... more

Where should I start.... The hotel is nothing like what it looks like in online pictures. The common areas are very nice, but how much time are you actually able to spend in those areas. The hotel rooms are really outdated and decorated in orange and green. As an interior design student I couldn't handle it, but my friend is... more

We stayed here for five nights as part of a tour group visiting Paris. Hotel is attached to the railroad station--Gare de Lyon. This is more of a business hotel, or a hotel for people who need to spend the night before traveling on. There was a total lack of charm in the rooms. The twin beds seemed low to... more

Dear Customer, We are really sorry that you did not like our hotel during your stay in Paris. Customers complaints regarding the size of the room is not that common but we know that it's a little too small for people staying more than two nights to store their luggage. However, it is important that Trip Advisor visitors should know...

Good points - Front desk staff was very helpful in helping me make reservations for our group, sheets crisp and very clean, breakfast room updated, and breakfast staff and food plentiful and good. Bad points - TINY rooms, carpet so matted that you wore shoes, no furniture to even place a suitcase, ONE bath towel unless you called for more,... more

We booked this hotel for 3 nights in Paris. The common areas of the hotel are pleasant...recently updated bar and breakfast area. The couches in the reception area need re-upholstered. The rooms are very average, unremarkable, but quite serviceable. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Decor a bit 1983, but nothing too horrid. The rooms, including... more

There is not really anything around the area interms of shopping etc but the number 1 line goes directly up town so... more

It was very urgent rese'trvation because original booking at another hotel was suddenly canceled due to tourist agent's fault. My concern was just nearby Lyon station for TGV transit. This hotel is just beside with Lyon station then it satisfy my purpose. I think that the price of this hotel (around E 150) is reasonable to consider the location. But... more

This hotel is adjoining the Gare de Lyon, which is perfect for using public transportation or if you are using one of the many TGV trains that use this as their terminus. As others have noted, the decor is not exactly spectacular and could use some updating, however everything was kept very clean and besides being ugly, the furnishings did... more

Very nice compared to Mercure hotel in Bercy. VERY centrally located right beside the train station and convenient walk to Bastille and Republique. Excellent staff & service, clean room and big bed for Paris. Quite safe as well. The breakfast was awful - avoid it at all cost indeed. Apart from that, no complaints. more

I was hesitant after reading the previous reviews on this hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel decor left much to be desired (orange everything) and the carpet was not very clean, the bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. It is located right next to the Gare de Lyon Train Station so it was a great starting off point... more
