No shower curtain, no working safety deposit, air conditioning did not work, only given extra pillows once Manager had checked we had looked properly for ones that should have been in room! No-one on Reception took responsibility for safety deposit box - all it needed was to be reprogrammed but this could not be done during our stay (3 nights)... more
