Located directly across the street from the train station and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was clean and large by european standards. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we stay here because for some reason we always seem to have an early train to catch the next morning and it is directly opposite the train station. There was 7 of us, the hotel website did not allow us to book non-smoking rooms. My sister (13) could have easily... more

The staff at Ibis Gare Matabiau are to be commended on their attitude to our tour party consisting of 19 lively 17 year old Rugby players and 12 supporters. As you can imagine, not many hotels are prepared to accomodate such a party, but the hotel has a rugby theme and coped admirably, including placing most of the lads in... more
