My family stayed one night in May. It's fun to look at wallabies, peacocks and chickens from one's window before bed and in the morning. There are pigs (some of them piglets, very cute), a pony, emus and an ostrich in a pasture across the yard. The ostrich did an amazing dance for us right at the fence. We didn't... more

In August I had travelled to Paris, which always hold something special no matter how often you go. But I wanted to see Monets gardens in Giverny.
