My husband and I stayed here for one night in May 2008. No complaints - everything was fine. The hotel is outside of the city walls, so there is a bit of a walk to get into the city for sightseeing or to find a restaurant. The new owners of this hotel are two of the nastiest people we met in France. They are definitely in the wrong business. The hotel itself is a beautiful building but the service they provide does not even rate half a star. If you go to this lovely city stay away from this place more
